The Focal Point of Billionaire’s Row

Located on Manhattan’s Billionaire's Row and steps from Central Park, the tower’s vast footprint offered the unique opportunity to design a structure of considerable strength and great elegance. The exceptional architecture and thoughtful engineering result in generous floor plans and one-of-a-kind panoramas of Central Park to the north, the famed Manhattan skyline to the south, and its iconic rivers to the east and west. Central Park Tower features the highest residences in the world, with more than 90 percent of its residences providing views of Central Park. Situated on 57th Street between Broadway and Seventh Avenue, the tower is located at the intersection of Columbus Circle and The Plaza District, New York City’s premier residential, commercial, retail and cultural neighborhoods. At the base, the prestigious fashion house Nordstrom has a flagship store.

Elegant and graceful, its strong presence positions Central Park Tower as a powerful and poised statement along the Manhattan skyline. The façade distinguishes itself from its surroundings by intricately combining elements of glass, satin-finished stainless steel, and light-catching vertical and horizontal details. The tower’s strategic massing maximizes the outstanding park, river, and city views. At a height of 195 feet (59 meters) above the street, the tower cantilevers approximately 30 feet (9 meters) to the east, providing all north-facing residences views of Central Park. Stainless steel fins ascend the full height of the tower, reinforcing its verticality and creating a brilliant texture as the sun’s light plays upon their surface. The grand living and entertaining spaces are strategically positioned in the corners of the residences to maximize multiple panoramas and city-wide views.
